My service named Icon Generator is renewaled. You can generate icon like as Adobe Creative Suite 5, very easily. And of course when you save it the application uses the file APIs to write 6 different sizes of the icon for you. This servise build with Flex Framework 4.

You can download local version. To run content you neeed free Adobe AIR Runtime.
